We offer the option to choose a house from our catalog or create a custom design tailored to your needs.
The entire process—from documentation approval to on-site installation—is carried out in accordance with local regulations and the highest quality standards.
You choose a house from our catalog, and we adapt it to meet your specific needs and local regulations.
You provide your idea or an existing design, and our specialists adapt it to our construction technologies and prepare all the necessary documentation.
Ready-made project
Project coordination and preparation
To ensure successful implementation, our architect develops the full project based on the client’s requirements. A local architect handles only the final coordination, adapting the documentation to local regulations and assisting with obtaining the necessary permits.
Commercial offer and contract signing
Once the project is approved, the company provides a commercial offer, which can be accepted within three days. After that, a contract is prepared with the following payment terms:
- 40% of the total cost — advance payment;
- 30% — 30 days after the start of production;
- 20% — before the house is shipped;
- 10% — after the house is assembled.
Payment terms can be adjusted individually for each client.
Production and delivery
The production and delivery time is 60–75 calendar days from the moment of payment (for houses up to 130 m²).
House installation
Assembly on-site takes from 2 to 7 days.
Delivery and installation are calculated separately. In most cases, we provide supervision assembly — meaning we send a specialist who trains and oversees the work of the client’s construction team.
Custom-designed house
If a client comes to us with their own idea or custom-designed project, our architect adapts it to our construction technology and then sends it to the local architect for approval.
As a result, we receive a fully coordinated project ready for construction.
After the preparatory work is completed, the architect provides an estimate and project documentation to the company, based on which a commercial offer is prepared.
Then a contract is drawn up, with the following payment terms:
- 40% of the total cost — advance payment;
- 30% — 30 days after the start of production;
- 20% — before the house is shipped;
- 10% — after the house is assembled.
Important: when manufacturing a house based on a custom project, the timeline may be slightly extended.
On-site assembly takes 2 to 7 days.
Delivery and installation are calculated separately.
