Walls
The house frame is made of wooden beams treated with fire and bio protection. Mineral wool with high density (from 80 kg/m³) is placed inside the frame, which prevents it from settling. The optimal insulation thickness is 150–300 mm.
To protect the insulation from moisture, a waterproof membrane is installed on the outer side of the wall, and a vapor barrier on the inside to prevent moisture buildup within the wall structure.
A ventilation gap is created within the wall to remove excess moisture and ensure constant air circulation. A mesh is installed along the entire wall perimeter to protect against rodents and insects.
Floor
The floor structure is built using the same technology as the walls. A waterproof membrane is placed over the insulation layer (with a thickness of at least 200 mm) to protect the mineral wool in case of flooding. The insulation density starts from 35 kg/m³.
Roof
The roof is insulated in the same way as the walls and floor. A waterproof membrane is installed on the outside, and a vapor barrier on the inside. The insulation thickness starts from 200 mm, with a density of at least 35 kg/m³.
The roof covering can be customized according to the client’s preferences – standing seam metal roofing, corrugated sheet, metal tile, or other available options.
Additionally, it is possible to install a stretch ceiling or finish the ceiling with wooden paneling, depending on the client’s wishes.
Installation readiness
The house can be assembled directly on site or pre-manufactured at our facility and delivered as ready-made wall panels. Transportation is possible either as a fully assembled house or in the form of prefabricated modules.
We also offer the production of Tiny Houses on wheels or installation on piles.
Energy efficiency and eco-friendliness
Frame houses have excellent thermal insulation, which significantly reduces heating costs. Mineral wool provides superb sound insulation, and the use of environmentally friendly materials makes these houses safe for both health and the environment.
Production and installation time
The production time for houses up to 100 m² is up to 2 months. Installation takes between 2 and 7 days.
For houses over 100 m², production and installation times may increase accordingly.
